Upon which Pendergaft took the poor Creature by the Shoulder, and gave her a Cant into the Street, by which Means her Skull was broke, of which Wound fheinftantly died. Thefellows were lecured, and Thurfday being the firft Day of Oyer and Terminer they were arraigned tor laid Murder, and Yefterdaythey were Tried, and Pendergaft was found Guilty of Man-flaughter by Accident.
