He then wants to spend several months “understanding the full ramifications of the job.“After that, I have some definite ideas on where I think the cam should go that I want to talk over wit the board of directors,’’.he says.Although Warren anticipates no major changes until he gets his feet on the ground, there will be organizational changes almost immediately.For one thin^, the camp will be looking for a financial manager — someone to co-ordinate fundraisin and grant applications, and watc expenditures.(Continued on Page X, Col. 5)• Waban directoroutbydirectorNew Waban director...
