Mrs. Jane Suity Charged in Husband's DeathFuneral services will be held at n o'clock this morning for Melvin S, SuU\ 40, slain in a shooting in Tacoma Monday, Sutty lived here until 1939,The body arrived in Butte Friday morning and was taken to the Duggan Merrill Mortuary* .Meanwhile according to an Associated Press dispatch, Mrs. Jane Suity, 39, his wile, a former Butte resident, lias been charged with manslaughter la the slaying of her estranged husband.The Associated Press dispatch out of Tacoma said that Pierce County Prosecutor John B. Mc-Cutcheon filed the charge is justice of peace court after holding Mrs. Sully Tor questioning. Bail was set at fci.DOd.Sulfy, the dispatch said, was shot five limes in tne chest with a small caliber revolver.
