Mrs. Margaret Scott. Walden, June 22——Mrs. Margaret Scott died at the home of her grand- daughter, Mrs. C. C. Fairchild, on Capron street, at 7:30 Monday morn ing, after an illness of several weeks of general debility and the infirmities of old age, aged 80 years. Mrs. Scott was born at Walker Valley, and has resided in this vicinity all her life. Her husband was killed during the Civil War. She is survived by four sons and one daughter: Frank, of Walker Val ley; Moses, of Thompson Ridge; Jas., John and Mrs. C. C. Faircbird, of this village.
