E. qr. section It, town 19, range 8. The rente, issue# and profile, for seven years, will first be offered, end on failure to realise a sufficient ain’t to satisfy said judgment, interest and cost, then the fee-eimple will be sold. Said property taken in exertion as the property of Randolph Lee, at the suit of James Slone, vs. said Randolph Lee.
