Miss Joyce Ridings and Danny Rodgers were married at 8 p.m. June 18, in the Lonesome Dove Baptist Church. Rev. Robert Thompson read the ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Ridings and the bidegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Rodgers. The bride wore a gown of white peau de soie, accented by Alen con embroidered lace and pearls, with an empire sculptured bodice and a regal train of lace. Mrs. Ronald Turner, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Other bridal attendants were Miss Linda Peters and Miss Lynn Crum baker. The grooms attendants were Larry Scruggs, Joe Don Carlile, and Roger Dean Hardin. A reception was given at the church immediately following the ceremony. After a short wedding trip the couple will make their home in Grapevine. Mr. Rodgers attended Draugh on’s Business College, Dallas, and is now employed at the Coca Cola Co. in Dallas. MRS.
