Mrs. Manila GavinRites for Mrs. Manila Gavin Set ThursdayMrs. Manila Young Gavin, 58, of 268 East 16th street, Chicago Heights, well-known owner of a city cleaning establishment, died Sunday at St. Luke’s hospital in Chicago following a brief illness.Her body will lie in state tomorrow at the Hammond and Prowell chapel, where a special service will be held at 8 p.m.Last rites will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at St. James CME church. Interment will take place at Mt. Glenwood cemetery. The Rev. Samuel Sea, pastor, will officiate at the services.* * *MRS. GAVIN had been a resi-| dent of the city since 1923, when she came here as a bride from St. Louis, Mo. She was owner of Gavin Cleaners, 268 East 16tJH.She attended Alcorn college and received a degree from Lincoln university in Jefferson City, Mo.
