Mrs. Ganzevoort, Hospers, died at her home Friday afternoon at the age of 74. She was born at Cedar Grove, Wis. May 13, 1863. Her maiden name was Miss Jane Krerin, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Cornelius Krerin. Three broth ers and two sisters preceded her in death. She has 2 brother Hen ry living in Cedar Grove, Wis. She moved to Newkirk with her family 51 years ago and has lived here ever since. Those who sur vive her are her daughters Mrs. M. A. Stegman, Firth, Nebr. Mrs. Alvin Van Dyke and Mrs. George Odlens both of Hospers. Also her husband Mr. R. Ganzevoort and a sister, Mrs. Albert Nieuwenhuis. Wirs. Ganzevoort has been a patient sufferer since her first stroke five years ago in January. She was a faithful member of the First Reformed church and La dies Aid of Hespers. Funeral services were held Tuesday after noon at 1:30 at the home and at % o'clock in the First Reformed church at Hospers with Revs. @. Roetman and Gerrit Docter offic iating. Interment was made at the Newkirk cemetery.
