ALSO, at the same time and place one house and lot situated, lying and being in said state and county and in the city of Athens; the same being bounded on the east by J. N. Webb, on the west by Myer Stern, on the north by W. A. Harris, and on the south by Annie Jackson and Mary Brumby; containing one-fourth of an acre, more or less. Said property levied on and to be sold as the property of George C. Thomas, agent of Mrs. George C. Thomas and Miss Mary McWhorter, to satisfy tax fifaa of the city of Athens vs. George C. Thomas, as agent aforesaid, for taxes due said city for tflie years 1805,1890 and 1807. Written notice given tenant in possession.B. F. CULP, Chief a Police, This the 8th day of June, 1898.
