FAIRMONT, W. Va. (UPI) — Bond has been refused to a Marion County man who telephoned State Police last weekend and told them he had shot a man to death. Cecil White was arraigned Tuesday on the murder charge before Marion County Criminal Court Judge Fred Fox, and the judge denied bail, White was returned to jail to await ap pointment of counsel and a preliminary hearing. Ernest Robey, who had been residing with White at Mills Fall Run, was the shooting victim.
