Justice Court No. 4, (Jay Hall, Justice) The forenoon was spent in the trial of Robert Lowe, negro, on the charge of vagrancy. Ther was a large number at the tria l including several white persons. The case was before a jury five members of which proved so ob stinate that they refused to agree with the sixth juror, and a hung jury was the result.
