Richards, treas urer of the Piedmont, Fredericksburg and Potomac Aditrony, for $5,000 al leged damages In connection with the contract for the erection of « bullit ing, resulted in a verdict in favor of Mr. Garner, the damage being fixed at $100. ‘ In the divorce suit of Knleht ve. Knight, removed from Stafford Circuit Colgt to the Corporation Court of this city, Judge John T. Godrick has granted Mrs. Knight the custody of the two children, but declined to ren der a decision at this time In regard to the divorce, stating that he would docket the case and render on decision on that point later.
