Harmon, the editor of the Troy Times, received as callers at Ms office, two• iyoung men who had walked fourr , Smiles from Casstown -to offer a poem for publication that had- been written by the younger of the two boys. That boy was T. C. It has sentiment, ryth-m, pathos. Tt s belongs among the great tributes paid by comrade to comrade.
