Last night the Columbia theater, after being dark for months, was reopened. A large audience saw the initial performance, and was well pleased with the attractions provided by Manager Kenney for his patrons. The show this sea son is staged under the direction of Ben Tuobin, the only ‘‘Happy Hooligan.” Ben knows all about the business, and is easily the best assistant that Mr. Kenny has ever had. There is nothing about the show business Ben does not know and know well, and he will make this season a memorable one in the history of this popular play house. The crowd last night is but an earn est of the large attendance which promises to fill the seats in this cozy little theater during the entire season.
