Eliza Cnrrtcr-Vanderpool.Eliza Currier was born in Hope, j Hamilton Co., N. Y., Feb 9, 182H. , Sbe was united In marriage witb Abraham Vanderpool Jan. 13, 1842, and to them were born 10 children, , six of whom and her husband have preceedcd her to the grave. Sbe with her husband moved to Norwalk, Ohio i in 1844 which was their home until 1876 when they moved to Swan Creek, ( Fulton Co., where she has since been a resident ever since, her husband died eight years ago. In early life she was converted and joined the M. 1 E. church in which she has ever remained a consistent member and an industrious worker. She died June 6, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. E I. Deck, aged 73 years, 3 months and 27 days. Her remains were taken to Norwalk for burial and where funeral services were held by Rev. Weir of Berlinville after which her remains were interred in Berlinville cemetery. She leaves one daughter, three sons and a host of friends who mourn their loss.
