John W. Ferguson and Ira Ellis vs.Ari Armstrong.Motion for leave to have an Execution Issued.It appearing to the satisfaction of the undersigned, Clerk of said Court, by the affidavit of a competent person, that the said Ira Ellis is not a resident of the State of Indiana; the said Ira Ellis is hereby notified of the pendency of the motion for leave to havej an execution issued upon the judgment of Ari Armstrong against John W. Ferguson and Ira Ellis, rendered at the March term of said Court, 1858, for the sum of $640 75 and costs taxed at $316 80, in a certain cause, wherein John W. Ferguson and Ira Ellis were plaintiffs, and the said Ari Armstrong was defendant, no execution having issued for five years past.Witness my hand and seal of said Court, this 5th day of May, 1860.JOHN RILEY.
