Pupils of Miss Hooker and Sutphen Give One. The pupils of Misses Minnie Sutphen and Annette Hooker gave a pleasant re cital recital at the home of Miss Sut phen Wednesday evening. After the program light refreshments were served. About eighty guests were present and all had an enjoyable time. The luncheon was served by Misses Sutphen and Hooker, assisted by Mrs. Chas. Ferguson, Maud Harley, Jessie Ferguson and Laura Ferguson. A very delightful little party was given at the home of Rev. B W Single Wednesday evening for his little grand daughter, Margueretta Minsel, when twenty three tiny lads and lassies were entertained at tea. Games were played on the lawn until tea time when a dainty luncheon was served after which the little folks were all taken for a ride in Frank Kunz’ s bus by Rev. Slagle, after which they were conveyed to their homes. The party was highly enjoyed by the little folks.
