Terry andwife vs. W.M.Reynolds andothers.a judgment was rendered in favor of the plaintiff. This case has been on the docket since 188*1 and washeard by Judge McPherson andlater by Judge Grace years ago.but no decision was ever announced. It was a suit to dispossesssome* wrby him after lying out for years without anv known owner. Reynolds took it up and the court restores it to the Terry s.Decker and Rollins.both of them, though they have not vet been returned.
