CHILDREN'S DAY.The Programme ' of Exercise* at the M, E.Church Sunday Earning*Last Sabbath was celebrated, fte “Children’s Day* by the members of the Methodist Episcopal Sabbath school. An extensive programme, consisting of declamations, concert recitations and music, had been arranged and in tho evening a large .audience assembled to see it carried out. The order of exercises had been carefully prepared and those who took part did exceedingly well and showed that great interest had been taken by all concerned. A collection amount.iug to $‘J.G5 was taken. The entertainment was very satisfactory to all present, and the evening was a pleasant and profitable one.
