No. 194.District Court of the United States for the Eastern District of VirginiaTo J. W. Fairfax and to all whom it may concern, 0 REKTINQ ;NOTICE is hereby given. That, on the 31st da}' of May, 1804, all the right, title, interest and estate of John W. Fairfax, in and to all that piece or parcel of land situate and lying and being at Freestone Point, in the county of Prince William,in the Eastern District ol Virginia, and located on the Potomac rive between the mouth of the Oecoquan river and Dumfries, and known as the fishery and real estate of John W. Fairfax, containing six hun dred acres of land, more or less.Was seized by the Marshal of the United States for said District as forfeited to the use of the United States, and the same is libeled and prosecuted in this Court in the name of the United States, for condemnation for the causes in the said libel set forth, and that said cause will stand for trial at the Court room in the City of Alexandria, on the third Friday of June next, when and where all persons are warned to appear to show cause vhy condemnation should not be decreed, and to intervene for their interests.Dated May 31st, 1864.Jel--2aw2w W.
