SHERIFF’S SALE.BY virtue of one execution issued out of the Clerk’s Office of the county of Allegany, dated the twenty fourth day of January one thousand eight hundred and | thirty seven, and to me directed and de-i livered against the goods and chattels, lands and tenements of Seba Norton, in my bailiwick, I have seized and taken all the right, title and interest of the said Seba Norton in all that certain piece or parcel of lurid, Situate, lying and being in .town* ship first, range first, Morris Reserve. Jn the town of Independence, county of Allegany and state of New York, being the j whole of Lot one hundred and twenty one, on the Willing and Francis tract, containing one hundred acres—with all and singular, the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any way appertaining ; all of which I shall expose at public sale or vendue, at the Court Hpuse in die village- of angeltcuf-otrthe iirst xtay of July next, at one o’clock in the afternoon.—Dated May 11, 1837.MOSES SMITH, Sheriff,By JOHN T.
