Probate Court of Dearborn County May Term 1833. Mo. is hereby given, to the heirs, cred itors, and all other persons concerned in the settlement of the following estates, that the administrators of said estates, did at the May term of the Probate Court of Dearborn Coun ty 1833 ule their several petitions praying final settlement thereif—as also their several ac counts of their transactions, therein—to wit: The estate of Jacob Miller, dec'd, Erasmus Powel surviving administrator, The estate of James Bruce dec'd, James V, Bruce administrator. The estate of Jason Chilton deed, Jonathan Vail administrator. The estate of Zephaniah Wicks dee'd, Joel Decouravy administrator. The estate of John Sherlock dee'd, Arthur Martin administrator. The estate of Abraham Shanks deed, John Shanks administrator. ‘The estate of William C. Vanbouren dec*d, Cornelius W. Vanhouten administrator, And that the Court will proceed to final settle ment of aaid estate ant the term of said court, to be holden at Lawrenceburgh in and for the County of Dearborn on the second Monday in August next, By order of the Court.
