Obituary ANNIE KOLTON (nee Osadchuk) it is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our loving and devoted mother on Monday, June 12, 1995 at the Beausejour District Hospital, peacefully, but with great courage after a brief illness, with her children by her side. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Ethel, Adeline (Albert), Harry (Carol), Judy (Allan), Ernie (Camilla), Dennis (Marilyn), Leonard, Kenneth, Diane, daughter-in-law Donnie, 19 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, as well as 3 sisters, Jenny, Mary, Nellie and brother s Nick (Mary). Annie was predeceased by her husband Sam, her son Randy, her daughter Betty, son-in-law Mark, daughter-in-law Sally, her brothers, Paul, John and Mike. Annie was born on November 26, 1915 and raised in Dencross and resided there all her life. She married Sam in October 1932 and they raised 11 children on their farm. She worked for a time at the Beausejour Sewing Factory, Quinton Cleaners and at Daimans Restaurant, where she met her very good friend Kay. In her later years, she spent special time with her sister Jenny and especially enjoyed her Saturdays with Rosie, and her times with Nettie, Rose, Sophie and the ladies of the Brokenhead Community Center. Over the years, she made many friends and enjoyed and appreciated them all. She was an honest, hard working loving woman who had great personal strength. Her children were her treasure and her children always treasured her. Funeral service was held on Friday, June 16 at 11:00 a.m. at the Sobering Funeral Chapel with Rev. David Drake officiating. The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to the staff of the Beausejour District Hospital for all the care they gave our mother and to all the wonderful friends who supported her through her illness.
