Seized On Ohio Indictment.Chicago. June 20.—Lucfen Pickett, aa he walked from the Joliet (111.) penitentiary after serving a year’s sentence for bigamy, was arrested on an Ohio indictment, charging him with using the mails to defraud a girl whom lie is said to have prom-iseo to marry. Pickett was taken t-) Chicago and says he will defend himself In Cleveland. The postoffice officials say they have other charges against Pickett In addition’ to the Cleveland case, which Is on the complaint of Miss Allie G. Greasley. a crippled girl, living at Springdale, Pa. Pickett also is charged with having obtained 11,000 from her.
