BARNARD DEMOCRATIC ASSOCIATION.Pursuant to previous notice, a meeting was held at the vestry of the Methodist Chapel in Barnard village, on Saturday, the 1st day of June for the purpose of organizing a Democratic Association.The meeting was organized by the appointment of'Hiram Aiken Chairman andDexter Francis Secretary.After the object ofthe meeting had beenstated by Hiram A then and S. It. Streeter, the following preamble and Constitution were submitted by J. B. Danlbrth, dr., which alter being read were unanimously adopted and signed.
