May 28. 1839. .* 17raCARROLL SALES, ^WILL be sold on the first Tuesday in JULY.next, before tbeCourt House door in the town of Carrollton. Carroll county. between the usual hours of sale, the following property, to-witLot of land No. I OS, in the 6th district of CarroU county, whereon Eliphz Helton and Samuel Gray now lives, levied ©n as the property of Robert McFarland, to satisfy an execution in favor of Joel H. Dyer and Edvvard W-. Holland vs. Wm. Mayers, Robert McFarland and Janies McFarland, sr. security on appeal. Property pointed out by E. W. Holland. . • Also, one gray stud horse, five years old,' one sorrel horse, four years old, one son el mare, ten or eleven years old. levied on as the property of Robert Y. Higgins, to satisfy a fi fa issued from Carroll Inferior Court in favor of Emanuel B. Martin vs. Hugh J. McRae and Robert Y.
