TWeaver, late of said county deceased. HE bill in this cause alleges, amongother things, that the said Davis Weaver departed this life on the 24th day of October, IB37, at said county, seized tn fee simple of certain real estate situate in said county; that he died without legitimate heirs of his body, without a father Wving, the above named defendants and o-thers, whose names are unknown, supposed to be heirs at law of the said Davis Weaver; and prayer for certain relief in said bill mentioned; and the said FrancesWeaver having filed in this Court the affidavit of William G. Monroe, a disinterested person, by which it satisfactorily appeared to the clerk of said court, that the above named defendants, and those whose names are unknown, were and are nonresidents of the State of Indiana.I, William V. Cheek, Clerk of said Court, hereby give notice to the said defendants, known and unknown, of the peti-dency of the said cause, and that they be and appear in the next -Dearborn Circuit Court, to be held on the 4th Monday in October next, on the first day of the term thereof, at the court house in Wilmington, in said county, and that they plead, answer or demur to said Bill, or the matters and things therein stated will be taken as confessed, and decreed accordingly.WILLIAM V.
