Probate Court for the District ofOrleans:1^0WIN NELSON, of Craflsbury, in nnid -A District, Administrator of ilie estate of A rhu Nelson, lull’ of said Cruftshurv, deceased, respectfully represents that the'said Arbn Nelson did in his life time enter into a certain contract or agreement in the month of A pril 1832, found with one Horace Nelson to deed and convey to him tho auid Horace Nelson, a certain piece or puree) of land, viz. the southerly halt of lot number eleven in the eleventh range, in payment and in full consideration for certain service* before that time performed by the said Horace Nelson for the said intestate, which paid contract was ut tho time of said Arba Nelson's decuuseund still is, unexo-ci ted :Wherefore tho said Edwin Nelson prays the said Court to grant him liberty and authority to deed said laud according to the terms ol said contract, agreeably to the statute in such cuse made and provided.(EDWIN NELSON, AdmV.
