JProbate Court for the District ofOrleans:1) WIN NELSON, of Craflshury, in nnid J District, Administrator of (lit* ♦•state of Arha Nelson, lute of said Crnftshurv, deceased, respectfully represents that the said Arha Nelson did in his life time outer into a cerium contract or agreement in the month of A pril 1632, to und with one Horace Nelson to deed and convey to him the said Horace Nelson, a certain piece or pureel of land, viz. the southerly halt of lot number eleven in ttie eleventh range, in payment and in full consideration for certain servicct before that lime performed liy the suid Horace Nelson lor the said intestate, which enid contract was at the time of said Arba Nelson’6 decuuseand still is, unexc-ci ted :Wherefore the rnid Edwin Nelson prays the raid Court to grant him liberty and authority to deed s-nid laud according to the terms ol said contract, agreeably to the statute in such case made and provided.
