Students Tour Bank OfficeA second grade class from the Queensbury Elementary School toured the main office of the Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Company recently.The class was accompanied by their teacher, Marilyn D. Wright.The group was welcomed to the bank by Frederick R. Doyle, assistant vice president, and Mrs. Susan Cottrell who conducted the tour. The children were especially interested in the coin-counting machine, the bill counter, and the operation of the bank vault and safe deposit department. Members of the class were presented with a souvenir bank.The following children took part in the tour: Kathy Bapp, Pamela Blackmer, Roy Brown, Ernest Coon, Dale Crum, Dawn Fie welling, William Flewelling, Todd Legault, Dennis Mabb, Margaret Phillips, Robert Pond, Carol Rawlins, Billie Jo Rivers, Darrell Russell, William Seeley, Daniel Sellingham, Christina Simione, Kevin Swinton, and Brenda Wadsworth.
