Srigall of St. Joe. has been empowered to sign an agree-merit projxMSGd by the Atchison city commission wherein Atchison and Joe would jointly take steps to purchase and operate the Atchison bridge on a toll free basis provided the $700.060--believed to he furnished by the four using the bridge*Under the proposed plan toll paid by the railroads would meet the cost of upkeep and main ten a nee of the bridge and permit its operation toil free to private traffic.
