At first he failed to realize where he was, but when it dawned on him that he had been locked in the place oofonise ment he began yelling. Clifford Van Pelt happened to be passing and he tried to open the door but failed. He then hauled the lad a few matches and told him to unfas ten the latch of the rear doors and he could get out. The lad did this, and no happier boy than Harold could be found when he had gained his freedom
