PRO BATE NOTICE.BROBATE COURT, )Brown County, Minn. $In the Matter of the Estate of Liman C. Gilbert Deceased.On reading and filing the petition of Theron L. Gilbert, praying for reasons therein set forth, that letters of Administration be issued to him.It is ordered that Thursday the 11th day of July, 1878, at C o’clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs at law of the said deceased, and all other persons interested in said Estate are required to appear at a session of the Probate Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in said County, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of said petitioner should not bo granted. ,And it is further ordered, that the said petitioner give notice to, all per-, sons interested in said Estate, of the pendency of said petition and the hearing therof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the New Ulm Review, a weekly newseaper printed and published at New Ulm, in said County of Brown, for three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
