Cooper Estate Set At $5,000BROWNSVILLE — The will of Charles D Cooper, who died June 11 at Harlingen, has been filed for probating here and the instrument leaves his estate, estimated at a value of $5,000. to six relatives.One thousand dollars each are left to J. F Hathaway, the decedent's uncle, and Mrs. J. W. Hathaway, widow' of the decendent's uncle, William Hathawray.Five hundred dollars each are left to Mrs J. W. Haw'haway s children. Mrs. Mauck Hinson. Mrs. Mir-; tie Rice and Mrs. Jaffie Weaver.I The residue of his Texas proper-I ty will go to J. F.
