She carried a corsage of brides roses and lilies of the valley.Mrs. Rogers is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raphael Semmes Kell, of Griffin, and on her maternal and paternal side descended from prominent Southern families. Her pajernal grandfather was Captain John McIntosh Kell, noted Confederate naval officer, and on her maternal ride, ahe Is a dcscendent of. EUsar Wheelock, founder of\Dartmouth College. Rogers’ ancestors qn both aides were among the early New Engand settlers. He is the son of the iate Herbert Eugene and Lillian Sanborn Rogers, of Sanbornville, N.and the grandson of Ata late Jobn\y.
