Burns, , The parade will start at 10 o'clock sharp, and will be formed with the head of column resting at the corner of Rail and Walnut streets, in the following order, Marshal of the Day and Rides. The procession will parade the prin cipal streats and disband at the City Park, where the ovation will be deliver ed and the musical and other exercises take place. At one o'clock the races and annecy amusements begin in the following order: PROGRAMME AND PRIZES, Greased Pole, $3800 Fat Man's Race, 500 Lean Man's Race, 500 Boy's Race, so Greased Pig, 500 Sack Race, 500 Potato Race, 500 Wheelbarrow Race, 500 Slow Horse Race, 1000 Nearest Costume and best rider in Equestrienne Parade, 1000 Base Ball Game, o Horse Race, FIREWORKS and BALL IN THE EVENING The Union Paciffic has inaugurated a thorough colonist sleeping car service between Council Bluffs and Portland. This car leaves Council Bluffs, daily, on train no. $at 3:15 pm. In addition to the above they run a through colonist aleover to San Francisco.
