James Ilassey, one of the acquitted defendants in the Jennings County, election conspiracy case, a wealthy farmer of that county, before leaying Indianapolis announced his intention of instituting a $10,000 damage suit for malicious prosecution and false imprisonment, against General Ben. Harrison, Jolm and David Overmyer. and Peter Platter. It is said that he will bring the i action in Jackson County, where some of i the defendants reside.
