| gXAMINER S NOTICE.The undersigned, having been appointed by the Commissioners for Washington County, Examiners to enquire into and examine whether or not the convenience of the public and the neighboring country requires that the following described roaa petitioned for should be opeued, to-wit:Beginning at a point on the Public road leading from Waynesboro’ to Germantown, near Flocker^ Blacksmith Shop, and running* on the bed of an old private road to, and passing through the lands of Mathias Nicholas, Samuel Royer, llilliary Ifarbaugh, Jno. W. Coon, Jno. i easier, Isaac Gehr, Thomas A. Brown, David Fessler, David Harter, Mrs. Welty, and intersecting the Public * road trom Smithsburg to Mt. Zion Church, at or near Raven Rock.Hereby give notice that they will meet on the premises on MONDAY, the 20th day of JULYnext, (if fair, if not the next fair day,) and proceed to execute the said commission.DAVID OSWALD,H.
