Jennifer L. Saylor, 36, of Route 1 Rossville, died about 10:00 a.m. Sunday, July 14th, at Home Hospital, Lafayette Saylor had been hospitalized with serious injuries she suffered while diving into a swimming pool at her home on Saturday afternoon. The Tippecanoe County Coroner reports that the apparent cause of death is drowning. Saylor also suffered a broken neck and forehead in juries, apparently from diving head first into the four foot, above-ground pool at her home, which is located on County Road 500 West, south of County Road 600 South. Carroll County Sheriff's Department reported that Saylor’s boyfriend, who tried to revive her, made a 911 discovering Saylor unconscious in the pool. Saylor’s autopsy revealed a high blood-alcohol con tent, though the coroner wasn't sure of the exact alcohol level.
