Judge Abraham H. Lipez this morning issued a writ of habeas corpus releasing Ivan Bilbay, Lock Haven, under $1,000 bail. The writ was obtained by Bil bay's attorney, Henry M. Hipple. Bilbay was arrested on an ex tradition warrant requested by the governor of Texas to the governor of Pennsylvania. Bil bay’s former wife in Texas charges him with non-support. A hearing will be held in Clinton County July 2. A non-support case which went into its second day yester day before the court, was con tinued to a future date by Judge Lipez. It was recessed before the court held naturalization proceedings.
