BlossomIn the Circuit Court of Adams County,IndianaBY VIRTUE OF AN EXECUTION to me directed and delivered, by the Clerk of said Court, in the above enti tied cause, I have levied upon and will expose for sale by public auction, at the Court Housedoor in thfetown of Decatur, Adams county, Indiana, between the hours of 10 o’clock. A. M. and 4 o’clock P. M. of the 9*h day of -luly, 1870, the rents and profits for a term not to exceed seven years, of the following described real estate viz:ln-lots number two hundred and ninety-four (204), and two hundred and ninety-five (295) in the original plat of the town of Decatur. Also, In-lot number three (3) in the Eastern Addition to the town of Decatur, as said lotsaredes-ignated on the recorded Plat of said town, in Adao9 county, Indiana,And on failure to realize therefrom the full amount of judgment interest thereon and costs, I will at the same time and in the manner aforesaid, offer for sale the fee simple of the above de scribed premises.
