The Commonwealth moved to dismiss the warrants charging Judge James Hargis, Alex. Hargis and B. F. French with complicity in the murder of J. B. Marcum when the hearing of the accused was commenced at Jackson Wednesday. County Attorney Blanton j stating that the motion was made ! at the request of Dan Hurst, father-in-law of the muidered man. The defendants objected, and Magis trate Burton overruled the moMon. Magistrate Combs refused to preside owing to his relations with the Hargises.
