Obituary.Mrs. Esiella N. Robinson was born in Shelby county, Tennessee, October 15, 1866; moved to Western Kansas when bu^ a small girl; was educated at the Sacred Heart Convent, St. Joseph, Missouri; was married to Rcy. J. M. Robinson in Denver, Colorado. July 22, 18S7; j*vas converted, and united with the Salem* Baptist Church at Derias, Kansas, in 1894, being baptised by Rev. Wm. Wilber; died at Meade, Kansas, June 9 at 9:20 p. m.Mrs. Robinson leaves a husband, three boys and two girls, a mother, two sisters and one brother to mourn her loss.Sister Robinson cheerfully made the sacrifice incidental to a western Missionary’s wife. Her husband was engaged most of the time as a Missionary in Western Kansas, the nature of his work kept' him away from home a great deal of the time. Sometimes the income was small; sometimes living in dug-onts, yet she was never heard to complain of poverty, loneliness or the responsibilities of life. She always had her husbands clothes ready and cheerfully inspired him with the word go, wAnd I will take care of the home. Her conversion was very clear; she had the strongest child-likc faith in her 1-ord, not only to redeem care for her soul, but also to provide for the temporary things of life. Often when the income was small and her husband would complain, she would kindly rebuke him for his faith and then remind him of God's promise to care for his own.She had a cheerful happy disposition; had the greatest antipathy for pretenses, cither in the social or the moral sphere; she was plain in dress and in speech.A faithful and devoted wife, a true and tender mother and a consecrated Christian, faithful until death, has gone home to receive a crown of life that fadeth not away.Card of Thank*Rev. Robinson desires to express his sincere thanks to all who so kindly assisted him during the recent illness and death of his beloved wife.
