SHERIFF'S SALE. gJTATB OP OHIO, Hamilton county as — PursuJ3 ant to the coinmanil of an order far sale to me directed from the Com mere! al Court of Cincinnati within and for the county aforesaid. 1 shall offer at public sale on MONDAY the 17th day of JUNK A. IK 1850 at 11 o’clock A. M. of said day at the Court House in Cincinnati, all that lot of ground with improvements thereon, in the city of Cincinnati, lying on the South-East comer of Anderson street (formerly Yeatman street) and a atreat forty feet wide on the Soith side of the Whitewater canal, and being part of lot No. 0 in a plat of Subdivision made by the Commissioners appointed by the Court of Common Pleas, of Hamilton county at the November term 1845, thereof to make partition among the heirs of Richard Harris ion dec’d., and commencing on the Southeast corner aforesaid, and running thence Kast-wardly twenty-two feet, thence Sou th-wa idly sixty five feet, thence on a parallel line with the forty feet street, along ifhich the first line runs aforesaid twenty-two feet to Anderson street, (funner ly Yeatman at.) and thence northwardly along the east line of said Anderson st. sixty-five feet to the place of beginning, and ttie same property assigned to James Harrison as heir-at law of Richard Harrison, deceased. S*e deed from Max Cohen to Joseph Wilson, dated September 2d, 1849; recorded in hook 145, page 67. Valued at fl^OO.A LSO—A lot thirty-five feet in front , off |the south end of lot No- 9 in Harrison’s subdivision Of lots on the south side of the Whitewater canal, in the city of Cincinnati, and. being thirty five feet in front on tho B«at aide of Anderson street, and run ning east on parallel tines, same width in roar as in front, twenty-two feet—the line to run through the privy, with the privilege to see in common with the tenants of the corner house; and also the cistern and pump is common, and being the same property conveyed to Michael Connelly by Max Cohen, by deed dated August 25th, 1849, recorded in book No. 145, page 454, Hamilton County Records., Valued at §200.To be sold as the property of James Harrison and Catharine Harrison his wife, at the suit of William Elliott against said Harrison and wife and John W Owens, Max Cohen, Joseph Wilson, Michael Connelly and John F.
