IK 1850 at 11 o’clock A. M. of said day at the Court House in Cincinnati, all that lot of ground with improvements thereon, in the city of Cincinnati, lying on the South-East comer of Anderson street (formerly Yeatman street) and a atreat forty feet wide on the Soith side of the Whitewater canal, and being part of lot No. 0 in a plat of Subdivision made by the Commissioners appointed by the Court of Common Pleas, of Hamilton county at the November term 1845, thereof to make partition among the heirs of Richard Harris ion dec’d., and commencing on the Southeast corner aforesaid, and running thence Kast-wardly twenty-two feet, thence Sou th-wa idly sixty five feet, thence on a parallel line with the forty feet street, along ifhich the first line runs aforesaid twenty-two feet to Anderson street, (funner ly Yeatman at.) and thence northwardly along the east line of said Anderson st. sixty-five feet to the place of beginning, and ttie same property assigned to James Harrison as heir-at law of Richard Harrison, deceased.
