S WEDDING MUSIC filled the church, guests were seated in the Covenant church of Galesburg for the wedding of Miss Judith C. Anderson and Glen E. Anderson by William Pearson, the bride's cousin, Galesburg, David Larson, Bradley Pihl, and Paul Anderson, the bridegroom's brother, all of Princeton, who later served as groomsmen, Rob ert Bach, San Andreas, Calif., and David Will, Waukegan. The double ring ceremony was read at 7:30 p. m. Friday by the Rev. Edward G. Johnson in the sanctuary decorated with candelabra and arrangements of white roses and woodwardia fern. Mrs. Clifford Pearson, the bride’s aunt, was organist. She also accompanied Charles An derson, Red Oak, Iowa, soloist. Serving as best man for the bridegroom who is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ragnar Anderson, Princeton, was his cousin, Roger Josephson. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clif ford Anderson, Galesburg. Escorted to the altar by her father, the bride wore a gown of light ivory peau de soie with a set in dickey and white front skirt panel of imported re-em broidered Alencon lace. A mid riff of self fabric emphasized the waistline of the gown’s bell shaped skirt of unpressed pleats accented with a butterfly bow. The skirt swept into a chapel length train. The bride carried a crescent arrangement of white phalaenopsis orchids and white stephanotis. Headbands of white daisies and crescent shaped bou quets of white daisies and ivy were the floral accent for the attendants’ identical gowns of yello silk embroidered or ganza,. Design detail included square necklines, draped cum merbunds with butterfly bows, pleated back drapes and dome shaped skirts. Miss Jean E. Anderson was her sister’s maid of honor, while bridesmaids included Miss Lou ise Johnson, Newington, Conn.; Miss Carolyn Aley, Youngstown, Ohio; Miss Louise Josephson, Rockford, and Miss Davie Dah lin, Mangatuck, Conn. The bride's cousins, Mary Lou Claus en and Peter Anderson served as flower girl and ringbearer. A reception followed at the Galesburg club. Silver appoint ments were on the bridal table centered with a silver bowl filled with white roses and smilax. Cousins of the bride, Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Thorell, Chi cago, and Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Clausen, Abingdon, served as hosts and hostesses. Presiding at the coffee serv ice were Mrs. Joe Anderson, the bride's grandmother, and aunts of the couple, Mrs. Keith Peter son, Mrs. Raymond Anderson, Mrs. Carl Hawkinson and Mrs. Clifford Pearson, all of Gales burg; Mrs. Harold Josephson, Princeton; Mrs. Regina Thomas, St. Petersburg, Fla., and Miss Karen Anderson, Rockford. Serving at the punch bowl were Mary Anderson, Priscilla Freedell, Constance Nyline, Shirley Pfenning, Jean Erick Hawkinson, Mary Peterson, Mrs. Arthur Nelson, Mrs. R. R. Ros enberger. They are college classmates, cousins and aunts of the bride. Betty Nelson served the cake and Mrs. Guy Fritz was in charge of the guest book. Following the bride’s gradu ation from North Park college, Chicago, Monday, the newly weds left on a wedding trip around Lake Michigan and into the northern states. After June 20, they will reside at 439 South Chestnut street, Princeton, where the bride will teach in the fall and the bridegroom is associated with the firm of Jos ephson and Son, Princeton. The bride is a graduate of Galesburg high school and re ceived her degree from North Park college, Chicago, Monday. The bridegroom is a graduate of Princeton high school and North Park college in 1960, where he was a member of the Lettermen’s club on the campus. MRS. GLEN ANDERSON
