NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE OF LAND UNDER FORECLOSURENotice is hereby given that in pursuance of an order of sale issued out of the District Court of Sequoyah County, State of Oklahoma, oil the 29th day of May, 1928, in an action wherein Virgil R. Coss was plaintiff and J. M. -Morgan and Lydia M. Morgan were defendants, directed to me, the undersigned Sheriff of Se? quoyah County, State of Oklahoma, commanding me to levy upon and sell without appraisement, the following described real estafe situate in. the County of Sequoyah, and State ’ ot tOklahoma, to-wit:All of the south half of the south east quarter, lying north of the St. Louis and Iron Mountain Railway, of Section 35, Township 12 N^rth, Range 23 East, containing sixty-seven (67) acres ,more or less as the case may he, according to the'Government survey thereof, **o satisfy. said judgment and decree of foreclosure in favor of said Virgil R. Coss, and against the defendants, J. M, Morgan and Lydia M. Morgan, for the sum of $292.00, together with interest thereon at the rate of 10 per cent per annum from said 25th day of November, 1927, until paid, and all costs j said judgment being rendered on the 25th day of November, 1927.I will on the 10th day of July, 1928 at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., at the front door of the Court house in the City of Sallisaw, County of Sequoyah, State of Oklahoma, offer for sale at public outcry and sell to the highest bidder for cash, said property above described, or so much thereof as will satisfy said judgment with interest and costs.Witness my hand this 31st day of May, 1928.■ ~« JOHN E.
