Tfce Rapid Transit.A. J. Edwards, administrator of the Charles Foaselman estate, Saturday transferred 2997 shares of: the Rapid Transit stock to J. S. and X». S.. Cass. This gives the Cass brothers absolute control of the company. The building of the loop in this city, according to the Waterloo Cburtei', will begin June 20fch. This loop will be constructed from the Normal to 24th vstreet: from 24th street north on. Normal Street to 18th; east on 18tb to Walnut; north on Walnut to 16th, and ea3t on 16th to Main to connect with the present main line. A new brick depot will be- built at the Normal and a new barn at Cass Junction, where they cross the C. G. W. railway.
