A Nil Syracuse youth, cap tured after a 100-mile-an-hou chase that ended when the car smashed into a Constan iing room, today drew a 3 to 6-year sentence from Coun ty Court Judge Leo W. Breed. Also sentenced were a Syra cusan captured after another stolen car chase in the city and fiwe men who burglarized three Seneca River camps, David H. Wood, 18, of 1d Pine, Ridge Circle, North Syracuse, eriier pleaded guilty to first de gree grand larceny. Today in corry, Wood admitted he had been driving a stolen car 10 miles an hour when the auto! eda curve in Route 49 and crashed into the living room of the home of Mr. and Mrs. Rel eigh E. Utterback, Constantia, on March 20. Oswego County deputies, who were chasing the car, took up the pursuit on foot and nabbed Wood as he ran from the scene. Wood was sent to the Elmira Reception Center for classification and transfer (0) another institution, 5-10 Years ceiving 25 to 10-year term in Attica State Prison was Ron ald J. Hinman, 21, of 109 Cleve land Ave, who earlier pleaded guilty to first degree grand lar ceny. Hinman was captured May' 04 in First North St. as he was fleeing from a car he had stolen. Hinman had been put on a five-year probation for another, car theft a month earlier and was sentenced today as a second offender, Delbert €. Russell, 26, of Auburn, drew a 2% to year storm in Africa, State Prison on third degree burglary charges stemming from entries at three Seneca River camps in the Town of Lysandes. His accomplice, Harry R. Wilbur, 21, of Port Byron, was sentenced to serve 1% to 3 years in the same prison. Russell, who told Judge Breed he committed the burg laries “to buy food for my hungry children,” and Wilbur earlier pleaded guilty to the charges. Sentenced for Rape Sentenced to an Indefinite term in the Elmira Reformatory was Wille Holdren, 25, of 828! 3. McBride St. who pleaded guilty to second degree rape ivolving a 35-year-old girl. Raymond Greenwood, 25, of 123 Seymour St, drew the same sentence on a second degree forgery charge involving a Sf theck, Louis A. Le Vesque, 28, at 2147 Draper Ave, Solvay, Pleaded guilty to a bigamy charge and will be sentenced June 28.
