Real Estate Deals Reported By Ray H. Stillman, Eatontown The VanNote Realty company has sold through Ray H. Stillman of Eatontown the six-acre farm known as the Sleepy Hollow Poul try farm in Middletown township to Mr. and Mrs. Philip J. Tremmel of Newark. The farm has been suc cessfully operated for the past five years by Mr. and Mrs. William F. VanNote, supplying high quality eggs and poultry to a large local trade. Mr. Tremmel intends to make some changes and operate the farm as a modern poultry business. The VanNote Realty .company has purchased through the same of fice the 14-acre farm on Chapel Hill road, also in Middletown township, formerly owned by Mrs. Margaret Patterson. Mr. and Mrs. VYanNote will operate the farm, which has ample facilities for enlarging their business, as the Deep Meadow Poultry farm. The dwelling is a Californian bungalow and is situated on a high elevation with attractive setting. Mr. and Mrs. VanNote will make numerous changes to the property together with considerable landscaping. Mrs. Patterson has purchased a large farm in South Jersey. ‘Mr. and Mrs. Irving Kirsch of Deal have sold through the Ray H. Stillman office their four-acre tract of land and modern bungalow lo cated on Highway 35, Eatontown, to Mr. and Mrs. Pasquale Lastella of Kensington, Connecticut.
