scribed property, situated in Snohomish county, state of Washington. to-wit:Commencing at the NW corner of lot 9 of block 4, Snohomish City, western part, thence S along the east boundry line of Avenue A 150 feet; thence east parallel with the S boundry line of First street 128 feet; thence north parallel with the east boundry line of Avenue A 30 feet; thence west on the line between lots 10 and 11 of said block 4, 28 feet; thence north parallel with the east boundry line of Avenue A, 20 feet; thence west ^parallel with the south boundry line of First street 52 feet; thence north parallel with the east boundry line of Avenue A, 100 feet to the south boundry line of First street; thence west along the south line of First street, 48 feet to the point of beginning, all in Snohomish City, Snohomish county, Washington; also all that portion of lot 8, section 19, township 28 north of range C east W. M., lying south of Snohomish and Monroe county road, all situated in Snohomish county, Wash ington, levied on as the property of said defendants to satisfy a judgmentamounting to nine thousand three hun dred thirty-seven and 34-100 dollars, and twelve hundred thirty-nine and 47-100 dollars, and costs of suit, in favor of plaintiff.Dated this 0th day of June, 1912.G.
